RECENT NEWS & EVENTS

Battle of Bands

Music touches us emotionally, where words alone can't. Music, once admitted to the soul, becomes a sort of spirit, and never dies. St. Patrick's Academy hosted a musical extravaganza called BATTLE OF BANDS. Event started with the felicitation of our honorable chief guest Congregational Leader Rev.Bro.Peter Ryan, followed by the lighting of lamp. There were 3 categories for the competition. Category – 1 for Class VI with 5 Bands: Checkmates, The 5th Dimension, Chillin Vibes, The Music Revolution and The Musicals. Category – 2 for Class VII with 5 Bands: Serendapity, Moonwalkers, Eight Beats in Harmony, The Knights and The 10 beats. Category – 3 for Class VIII with 4 Bands: Sonic Youth, Rising Phoenix, Sketch Book Chapters and 14 Shots of Espresso. The event was full of exuberance and excitement, and created beautiful memories for all of us. Thanks to the organizing team, led by Mr. Robin Sir, for the outstanding and remarkable event.

Christmas Celebration

Christmas is a festival of joy and happiness which commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ. Our school organized Christmas celebration on 22nd December. Entire school was exquisitely decorated with flowers, festival lights and Christmas ornaments. The ceremony began with a prayer song followed by glorious musical play of Christmas theme. There were carols beautifully sung along with vivid dances that brought out the essence of the play,that created a magical effect in the mind of audience. Function came to end by the arrival and greetings from Santa Clause with the song “Jingle bells”. The celebration continued by singing carols, dancing merrily and exchanging of gifts, sweets and wishes in the classroom, which was truly the evidence of the joy, love, peace and happiness of Christmas in each one of us. We await to recreate this marvelous festival each and every year.

ICSE Class X and ISC Class XII Results

We are extremely happy to announce the outstanding achievement of our students in the ICSE and ISC 2021- 2022 Examination. Congratulations to every student who passed the Examination with flying colours. We secured 100% results consecutively in the 6th year with multiple centums in various subjects in ICSE and ISC examinations We would like to appreciate all the members of the Team SPAB for the amazing work that they did for the excellent performance in the examination. Although the pandemic had brought forth changes in the educational process with online classes and made learning and teaching more challenging, the coordinated effort of students, teachers, parents and the school authorities with a positive mindset helped overcome every hard situation.
