“There is no Health without mental health”. Fear of pandemic, no regular routine, less social contact and lack of coping mechanisms has made our young teens more anxious and less tolerant. Considering the need of the hour, the school management planned a series of Mental Health Workshops for students from grade VII to XII in the month of July, 2021. The Workshops were conducted by School Counsellor, MS.Deepika Saxena, under the guidance of Principal, Rev.Bro.Tomy Varghese. Students participated enthusiastically and gained insight as to how to get respite from the stress and pressure inflicted as a by-product of Covid-19. A clear message was put across during the workshop that ITS OK TO NOT TO BE OK.
Counselling Service: Counselling plays an important facet of the school programme and we have a well-trained councillor in the school to assist students in the areas of academic achievement, personal/social development and career development, ensuring today's students become productive and well-adjusted adults of tomorrow.
