Kannada Rajyotsava

The Kannada festival, which we celebrate once a year, our Kannada Rajyotsava, was once again celebrated in our school this year with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The event, conducted by the Kannada students of Class 9, was of exceptionally high quality.
The celebration began with our school principal hoisting the flag. The students then paid their respects to our state by singing the Naadageethe (state anthem). The cultural programs started with a prayer dance dedicated to River Kaveri, delighting everyone. Students presented speeches with clear and meaningful articulation about our land, language, and the history behind Kannada Rajyotsava, making it understandable and impactful for all. A dance drama followed, which resonated deeply with the audience. The students depicted the story of the fearless Obavva, who sacrificed her life for Karnataka, in a captivating performance.
Jai Karnataka Maate!

Children's Day Celebration

November 14th is a special day in India, dedicated to celebrating childhood and promoting children's welfare. This day marks the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, affectionately known as Chacha Nehru for his love and affection for children.
Children's Day is a joyful celebration of the innocence, curiosity, and energy of childhood. Our school was brimming with excitement as we celebrated the occasion with great enthusiasm. The highlight of the day was a spectacular show presented by our talented teachers, featuring mesmerizing dance performances, melodious singing, a humorous skit, and a dazzling fashion show. The event was a resounding success, leaving everyone in stitches and creating memories to treasure. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter and positive energy, making this Children's Day celebration truly unforgettable.

DIWALI Celebration

Diwali is one of India's most celebrated and cherished festivals, symbolizing the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. The celebration is marked by illuminating homes with diyas (oil lamps) and vibrant decorations, symbolizing the inner light that protects from spiritual darkness.
On 9th Nov, our school celebrated Diwali with great excitement and joy. The teachers performed a meaningful skit about Ram, Laxman, Sita & Ravana, showing key moments from Lord Ram's journey to rescue Sita. The skit shared important messages of bravery, loyalty, and righteousness. Like every year, we hosted a special Diwali lunch for all school staff, creating a festive atmosphere that everyone thoroughly enjoyed. The day was filled with laughter, positive energy, and the true spirit of Diwali, making it a memorable celebration for all.
